The maximum capacity of people you wish to serve will help our staff determine what size equipment you will need. Step #4 Measurements
Our expert staff will provide you will all the measurements for your existing, or new custom kitchen to ensure all the equipment will fit properly through your door, and in your shop. We will prepare a drawing upon request with all the measurements listed for each item, which you will be able to provide your architect for your blueprint drawing.
