The E28D4 is a 31-7/8" wide, electric, full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven from Moffat with (2) bi-directional reversing fans that delivers uniform airflow and a porcelain enameled oven chamber. There is a (4) full-size sheet pan capacity with 3-1/8" tray spacing on this full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven. There is a pull-down twin pane glass door on the full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven with a Stay-Cool door handle.
There is programmable steam injection that provides wet heat in the full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven. The digital controls on this full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven include a display and set of controls for both time and temperature, one displaying the time with power, fan and timer adjustment controls and the other displaying the temperature and program with temperature adjustment, program and moisture controls.
The exterior front, sides and top of this full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven are all stainless steel. The full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven stands on 3" adjustable stainless steel feet.
The E28D4 full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven is an electric unit and runs on either 208 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 25.8 Amps for 5,400 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 25 Amps for 6,000 Watts and does not include a cordset.
